We are delighted to welcome you at our property!

We provide you fresh bedsheets, towels, a shampoo, a body shower gel, a toilet paper roll and waste bags, but we do not provide extras or daily housekeeping service.

The area is well served with shops (Convenience store 150 meters away), restaurants and bars (most on the promenade).

🤫 Peace and Quiet

Please respect the neighbours and keep quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

If we receive complaints about noise or disturbance during these hours, a €50.00 penalty will be deducted from your security deposit.

⏰ Check-in and Check-out

If you self checked-in on arrival, please contact us the next day to complete the check-in process. Write via WhatsApp to +356 79529109 to set a meeting.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Late check-out: €15.00 per hour (subject to availability). Please send a message on WhatsApp to +356 79529109 to request.

If your flight is late and you need to store your luggage after check-out, you may use the space under the stairs on the ground floor. It is safe and CCTV monitored.

📺 TV

The TV works with internet. Ensure it is connected to WiFi, press the Home button on the remote, and use your own account for Netflix or YouTube.

❄️ Air Conditioning

Air conditioning is an extra service. A prepaid electricity meter is installed near your apartment door.

Top up any amount (minimum €5.00) at the rate of €0.35/kWh via https://topup.velablu.co.

After payment, you’ll receive a 20-digit code to enter on the meter keypad. Credit is non-refundable.

Ensure the wall switch next to the A/C unit is ON, then use the remote to operate it.

🗑️ Waste

Follow this rule strictly: place the waste outside the building on the pavement between 07:00 and 09:00 using the appropriate bags.

Do not leave rubbish in front of the building doors or garage door.

Glass waste can be left inside the apartment — we’ll take care of it after your departure.

💧 Water Heaters

Allow 20–30 minutes between showers to avoid running out of hot water.

If there's no hot water, check and switch ON the wall switches outside the bathroom.

📦 Missing Items

If you notice anything missing (like a kettle or hairdryer), contact us at +356 79529109 and we’ll provide it promptly.
