We are delighted to welcome you at our property!

We provide you fresh bedsheets, towels, a shampoo, a body shower gel, a toilet paper roll and waste bags, but we do not provide extras or daily housekeeping service.

The area is well served with shops (Convenience store 150 meters away), restaurants and bars (most on the promenade).


PEACE AND QUIET:

It is very important to respect the neighbours and keep quiet between 22.00 and 8.00. Should we receive complains from the neighbours regarding noise or disturbance during the indicated time we apply a penalty fee of €50,00 to be deducted from the security deposit.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

If you self checked-in at your arrival, you are kindly requested to check-in on the next day. Kindly contact +356 99698840 to set a meeting.

Standard check-out is until 10.00am. Late check-out after 10.00am (when available) has a cost of €30,00. To make a request for late check-out please write a sms or whatsapp to +356 99698840.

If your flight is late and you need to store your luggages after check-out, you can use the space under the stairs at ground floor, it is safe and Cctv surveilled.

TV:

The TV service works with internet. Make sure the tv is connected to the wifi. Then go to the tv main menu by pressing the home button. You can use it for Netflix or Youtube with your own account.


AIR CONDITIONING:

Air conditioning is an extra service. There is a prepayment electricity meter installed near the apartment door.

You can top-up any amount you want (minimum is €5,00) at the rate of electricity (€0,35 per kw/h).

The standard consumption is around €5,00 per day, but it really depends on your usage...

How to top-up a prepayment electricity meter ?

A prepayment meter lets you pay for your energy before you use it. You can buy a top-up online through https://topup.velablu.co. Upon receipt of payment, a credit token in the form of a secure 20-digit code will be issued. The credit token can be keyed directly into the meter through the numeric keypad. Any credit charged into the meter is non-refundable.

The air-conditioners also have a wall switch next to each unit, make sure they are ON. Then you can use them with the remote control.


WASTE:

Please scrupulously follow the schedule below. Always bring the waste on the pavement just outside the building in the appropriate waste bag between 7.00 and 9.00. Glass waste you can leave it in the flat and we will take care of it after your departure. DO NOT LEAVE RUBBISH IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOORS OR GARAGE DOOR.


WATER HEATERS:

We strongly suggest to give some time between a shower and another (around 20-30 min) to avoid emptying the water heater and/or the tank on the roof and run off water.

If you don’t have hot water, check the wall switches just outside the bathroom and turn them ON.


MISSING ITEMS FROM INVENTORY:

Should you have any missing item (for example you can’t find the hairdryer or the kettle), whatever it is, please let us know and we will provide it to you as soon as possible. Contact +356 99698840 to report any missing item.
