1. THE SERVICE
   Vela Blu Concierge is an automated assistant powered by Artificial Intelligence. It provides information, manages requests via Mews, and facilitates the purchase of internal and third-party services.
2. AI LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMER
   
   • AI Accuracy: While our concierge is powered by OpenAI, it may occasionally provide inaccurate information regarding local details or availability. Users should verify critical information with human staff.
   • Automated Bookings: Any booking confirmed via the AI is subject to final verification by the property management system (Mews).
3. AFFILIATE & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
   • Intermediary Role: Vela Blu acts as an affiliate for third-party providers (e.g., boat rentals, tours). We are not liable for the actual performance, safety, or quality of these external services.
   • Contract: When booking a third-party service, the legal contract is between the Guest and the Service Provider.
4. PAYMENTS
   • Prices include VAT where applicable.
   • Charges may be added to your Mews room bill or paid via secure external links (Stripe/Partner links).
5. LIABILITY
   Vela Blu is not responsible for any technical failures of WhatsApp, Zapier, Mews, or OpenAI that may result in missed communications or booking errors.
6. GOVERNING LAW
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
