For landlords who don't want to handle midnight calls about a broken AC. We look after your property — and your guests or tenants — once they're in. Both long lets and short lets, the latter under our boutique hospitality brand Vela Blu Boutique Stays.

Vela Blu was founded by Andrea Colangelo after many years working as a real estate agent in Malta. The idea is simple: a small, independent agency that does residential lettings and property management properly — without the cross-selling, opaque fees and high-volume churn that define the bigger players on the island.

We focus on long-term residential tenancies (twelve months and up) across Gżira, Sliema, St. Julian's and the surrounding central districts. The same person picks up the phone the day you sign and the day a tap leaks two years later.
